I primarily #wfh. I go into the office infrequently. On Friday my daughter told me: “I love that you work from home mom. I know that you’re still busy in your office, but just knowing you’re here is awesome. And dinner is ready earlier and we have more time together before bedtime…” Having the flexibility to work from home matters. To pretty much everyone, especially parents. And I’m able to be a better mom and #ChiefOfStaff because I’m not rotting in my car for 2+ hours a day. That’s all. Carry on 😉 #worklifebalance #remoteculture #leadership

I’ve been quiet on here lately. So many of my friends and colleagues have pointed this out to me... Not because I don’t have things to say—but because it’s been hard to find the words when the world feels like it’s on fire. Literally and figuratively. When the rights of my friends, my family, and my own autonomy are constantly under threat, posting about leadership and career growth feels… complicated and even mildly tone deaf.
