I listened to Jensen Huangās GTC keynote this weekāand it left me thinking about how fast AI is folding into the real world. The journey he mapped was powerful: - Perception AI helped machines see (speech, OCR, images, patterns) - Generative AI helped us create (text, code, media) - Now weāre in the era of Agentic AI, where systems donāt just assistāthey act. - And soon, weāll enter Physical AIāwhere intelligence becomes embodied: autonomous vehicles, general robotics, and remote monitoring devices and beyond. One line from Jensen hit hard: āThe next wave isnāt about better models. Itās about deploying intelligence into physical reality.ā This isnāt about showing off what AI can do. Itās about reshaping how things actually get doneāin workflows, on factory floors, inside hospitals and homes. As someone building in the AI space, itās a reminder: You donāt win by building smarter models. You win by integrating them into the day to day messy, beautiful chaos of the real world. The roadmap is clear: Perceive ā Generate ā Act ā Embody Letās build for where the world is goingānot where itās been. Whatās your take? How are you seeing AI move from concept to reality in your work? Iād love to hear your thoughts. š #AI #AgenticAI #PhysicalAI #Innovation #FutureOfWork #TechTrends #GTCKeynote

AI beyond the hype: The last 7 days Gayatri Akhani James Gardner and I spent time on the field with healthcare operators and CIOsāfolks on the frontlines super keen on Agentic AI with a clear goal to improve patient outcomes and reduce burden on caregivers. No slide-decks, just hard-earned clarity from the grind. Hereās what Iām taking away: 1. AI has to solve real problems, not decorate the solved. Leaders donāt want apps for the sake of appsāthey need tools that tackle workflows todayās systems choke on. My take: If it doesnāt address a real pain point, itās just tech theater. 2. Integration is table stakes; reinvention is the game. Plugging AI into legacy systems is step one, but the real shift is crafting AI-native workflows that break old patterns. POV: Stop retrofittingāstart rethinking how work flows with intelligence at its core. 3. Adoption and people trump everything. Usage isnāt a byproduct; itās the metric. Leaders see tools fail when they feel like add-ons. Learning: Build AI thatās so intuitive itās invisibleāpeople donāt adopt what they donāt trust or understand. 4. UI/UX is the silent killer. Weāre still designing interfaces like AI is a feature, not a orchestrator. Insight: The future isnāt buttonsāitās intent-driven design where the system anticipates, not just reacts. Weāre nowhere near this yet. 5. POCs are a trap without a roadmap. Proofs-of-concept litter the landscape, but deployment stalls. Why? Uncertainty on scaling, value, adoption speed, compliance, and explainability. My POV: POCs are a start, but without a clear path to productionārooted in measurable outcomesātheyāre just expensive experiments. 6. Hype drowns results; focus saves them. AI must augment, not complicate. The winners I spoke to are laser-focused on real problemsāboosting users, not burdening them. Takeaway: Strip away the buzzwords; if it doesnāt deliver tangible impact, itās a distraction. The thread here is unmistakable: AIās potential isnāt in the techāitās in the execution. Organizations that anchor it in practical, adoptable, problem-solving reality will pull ahead. Those stuck in pilot limbo or chasing trends? Theyāll be left holding prototypes. Thank you, Krishna, for the invite. Excited to collaborate with Perplexity AI Fellows from India. A quick intro: I'm a 3-time entrepreneur with two successful exits in the B2B SaaS space. Previously, I led high-growth commerce, payments, and SaaS businesses as SVP and CBO at Paytm across India, Canada, and Japan. I've built and scaled GTM motions from zero to $1M and $1M to $100M in revenue. Currently, Iām CRO for a healthcare-focused AI technology company, building Agentic solutions to improve health outcomes, reduce clinician burden, and drive operational efficiencies in the U.S. healthcare sector. Looking forward to engaging with and learning from you all.

Iāve failed many timesābad ideas, missed chances. But I only needed to nail it once. Keep showing up. Take action. Entrepreneurship? Leadership? Itās not about avoiding failureāitās about swinging again. Every misstep, every setbackāitās fuel. Keep pushing. Thereās always a way forward, even when it feels like there isnāt. Donāt overthink. Start. Move. Fall? Get up. Thatās grit. #Entrepreneurship #Grit #KeepGoing

AI to ROI: Beyond the hypeā"Adoption" and "Usage" Yesterday, in a meeting with a healthcare executive, I was hit with a reality thatās hard to ignore: clinicians spend nearly half their timeā48%, to be exactāon administrative tasks. Thatās time not spent with patients, not spent on care. Itās a quiet crisis, one that underscores a painful truth: our tools arenāt working for the people theyāre meant to serve. As we step into this new era of Agentic AIāwhere AI doesnāt just assist but acts autonomously on our behalfāthereās a tantalizing promise on the table. But it all hinges on one thing: "adoption". Clinicians and caregivers are stretched thin, juggling admin burdens while striving to deliver quality care. Folks with plenty of reporting and analytics toolsāshiny dashboards, robust datasetsābut hereās the kicker: usage at 20%. Not because they lack value, but because they demand too much from the user. Adoption doesnāt happen by accident; itās fueled by usage. And usage only sticks when the tool feels like a lifeline, not a chore. This is where Agentic AI could change the gameāif we get it right. The opportunity isnāt just in smarter algorithms; itās in reimagining how humans and technology intersect. Too often, we design for the tech, not the user. The result? Tools that gather dust while clinicians drown in paperwork. What if we flipped the script? What if we started with the daily grind of the clinician or caregiverāshadowed them, mapped their workflow, and worked backwards to strip away every ounce of friction? Simplifying the UI isnāt just a nice-to-have; itās the linchpin. Software, especially AI-driven software, should fade into the background, handling the complexity so the user doesnāt have to. With Agentic AI, weāre not just tweaking interfacesāweāre rethinking them. Imagine a UI thatās less about clicks and more like a conversation: natural language, voice, a multimodal co-pilot that anticipates needs and amplifies productivity. But promises donāt deliver themselves. Weāve got to wrestle with some tough questions: What if we could cut the admin burden on clinicians by 50%? How do we make AI tools so seamless theyāre woven into the fabric of the day? Are we building for the people on the groundāor for the sake of the tech itself? At Inferenz, we're not here to chase hype. We're here to solve problems for the customers we talk to every day. The future of healthcare isnāt about AI for AIās sakeāitās about impact. Itās about giving time back to the people who care for us. Letās build for the people who use them. The ROI isnāt in the techāitās in the lives it transforms.
