I listened to Jensen Huang’s GTC keynote this week—and it left me thinking about how fast AI is folding into the real world. The journey he mapped was powerful: - Perception AI helped machines see (speech, OCR, images, patterns) - Generative AI helped us create (text, code, media) - Now we’re in the era of Agentic AI, where systems don’t just assist—they act. - And soon, we’ll enter Physical AI—where intelligence becomes embodied: autonomous vehicles, general robotics, and remote monitoring devices and beyond. One line from Jensen hit hard: ā€œThe next wave isn’t about better models. It’s about deploying intelligence into physical reality.ā€ This isn’t about showing off what AI can do. It’s about reshaping how things actually get done—in workflows, on factory floors, inside hospitals and homes. As someone building in the AI space, it’s a reminder: You don’t win by building smarter models. You win by integrating them into the day to day messy, beautiful chaos of the real world. The roadmap is clear: Perceive → Generate → Act → Embody Let’s build for where the world is going—not where it’s been. What’s your take? How are you seeing AI move from concept to reality in your work? I’d love to hear your thoughts. šŸ‘‡ #AI #AgenticAI #PhysicalAI #Innovation #FutureOfWork #TechTrends #GTCKeynote

AI beyond the hype: The last 7 days Gayatri Akhani James Gardner and I spent time on the field with healthcare operators and CIOs—folks on the frontlines super keen on Agentic AI with a clear goal to improve patient outcomes and reduce burden on caregivers. No slide-decks, just hard-earned clarity from the grind. Here’s what I’m taking away: 1. AI has to solve real problems, not decorate the solved. Leaders don’t want apps for the sake of apps—they need tools that tackle workflows today’s systems choke on. My take: If it doesn’t address a real pain point, it’s just tech theater. 2. Integration is table stakes; reinvention is the game. Plugging AI into legacy systems is step one, but the real shift is crafting AI-native workflows that break old patterns. POV: Stop retrofitting—start rethinking how work flows with intelligence at its core. 3. Adoption and people trump everything. Usage isn’t a byproduct; it’s the metric. Leaders see tools fail when they feel like add-ons. Learning: Build AI that’s so intuitive it’s invisible—people don’t adopt what they don’t trust or understand. 4. UI/UX is the silent killer. We’re still designing interfaces like AI is a feature, not a orchestrator. Insight: The future isn’t buttons—it’s intent-driven design where the system anticipates, not just reacts. We’re nowhere near this yet. 5. POCs are a trap without a roadmap. Proofs-of-concept litter the landscape, but deployment stalls. Why? Uncertainty on scaling, value, adoption speed, compliance, and explainability. My POV: POCs are a start, but without a clear path to production—rooted in measurable outcomes—they’re just expensive experiments. 6. Hype drowns results; focus saves them. AI must augment, not complicate. The winners I spoke to are laser-focused on real problems—boosting users, not burdening them. Takeaway: Strip away the buzzwords; if it doesn’t deliver tangible impact, it’s a distraction. The thread here is unmistakable: AI’s potential isn’t in the tech—it’s in the execution. Organizations that anchor it in practical, adoptable, problem-solving reality will pull ahead. Those stuck in pilot limbo or chasing trends? They’ll be left holding prototypes. What’s your lens on this—where’s the leverage? Thank you, Krishna, for the invite. Excited to collaborate with Perplexity AI Fellows from India. A quick intro: I'm a 3-time entrepreneur with two successful exits in the B2B SaaS space. Previously, I led high-growth commerce, payments, and SaaS businesses as SVP and CBO at Paytm across India, Canada, and Japan. I've built and scaled GTM motions from zero to $1M and $1M to $100M in revenue. Currently, I’m CRO for a healthcare-focused AI technology company, building Agentic solutions to improve health outcomes, reduce clinician burden, and drive operational efficiencies in the U.S. healthcare sector. Looking forward to engaging with and learning from you all.

I’ve failed many times—bad ideas, missed chances. But I only needed to nail it once. Keep showing up. Take action. Entrepreneurship? Leadership? It’s not about avoiding failure—it’s about swinging again. Every misstep, every setback—it’s fuel. Keep pushing. There’s always a way forward, even when it feels like there isn’t. Don’t overthink. Start. Move. Fall? Get up. That’s grit. #Entrepreneurship #Grit #KeepGoing

AI to ROI: Beyond the hype—"Adoption" and "Usage" Yesterday, in a meeting with a healthcare executive, I was hit with a reality that’s hard to ignore: clinicians spend nearly half their time—48%, to be exact—on administrative tasks. That’s time not spent with patients, not spent on care. It’s a quiet crisis, one that underscores a painful truth: our tools aren’t working for the people they’re meant to serve. As we step into this new era of Agentic AI—where AI doesn’t just assist but acts autonomously on our behalf—there’s a tantalizing promise on the table. But it all hinges on one thing: "adoption". Clinicians and caregivers are stretched thin, juggling admin burdens while striving to deliver quality care. Folks with plenty of reporting and analytics tools—shiny dashboards, robust datasets—but here’s the kicker: usage at 20%. Not because they lack value, but because they demand too much from the user. Adoption doesn’t happen by accident; it’s fueled by usage. And usage only sticks when the tool feels like a lifeline, not a chore. This is where Agentic AI could change the game—if we get it right. The opportunity isn’t just in smarter algorithms; it’s in reimagining how humans and technology intersect. Too often, we design for the tech, not the user. The result? Tools that gather dust while clinicians drown in paperwork. What if we flipped the script? What if we started with the daily grind of the clinician or caregiver—shadowed them, mapped their workflow, and worked backwards to strip away every ounce of friction? Simplifying the UI isn’t just a nice-to-have; it’s the linchpin. Software, especially AI-driven software, should fade into the background, handling the complexity so the user doesn’t have to. With Agentic AI, we’re not just tweaking interfaces—we’re rethinking them. Imagine a UI that’s less about clicks and more like a conversation: natural language, voice, a multimodal co-pilot that anticipates needs and amplifies productivity. But promises don’t deliver themselves. We’ve got to wrestle with some tough questions: What if we could cut the admin burden on clinicians by 50%? How do we make AI tools so seamless they’re woven into the fabric of the day? Are we building for the people on the ground—or for the sake of the tech itself? At Inferenz, we're not here to chase hype. We're here to solve problems for the customers we talk to every day. The future of healthcare isn’t about AI for AI’s sake—it’s about impact. It’s about giving time back to the people who care for us. Let’s build for the people who use them. The ROI isn’t in the tech—it’s in the lives it transforms.
