The first (and only) trial in #early #oligoarticular #psoriatic arthritis is now available in #ARD! This trial gives us important information on early PsA, demonstrates the efficacy against placebo of #apremilast (MDA rates were moderate: 31% with apremilast versus 15% with placebo), and shows that if left untreated, one third of patients will become #polyarticular in 4 months (blue line in the graph). Very proud of this important and original randomized trial, many thanks to Amgen and the team.
