The Vision - AI in 2026 and Learning Systems (in two weeks) Based on updated analysis, the vision for 2025 continues to be 100% accurate. With 2026 just around the corner, I have been looking at the learning system space with AI and where they sit. New vendors are in—at least a couple that expand; some are out—failing by the wayside, and some I have great concern about because the potential is there, but they have stumbled. LLM agnostic is feasible in the industry; vendors are tapping into solutions like Bedrock from Amazon, a (FM - fully managed service) with LLMs. Thus, the right LLM will be identified and used depending on the use case. Other platforms are FM. And tap into various use cases selection automatically with LLMs. If a vendor says they are LLM agnostic, before you accept it as fact, learn more about what LLM agnostic is and how it works.
