In today's world, people are quick to call out a bad customer experience. Today, I'm highlighting a fantastic customer experience at Cork Airport. Yesterday, while rushing for an early morning flight to London to meet potential partners, my wallet fell out of my carry-on bag. Landing at Heathrow I panicked and froze my cards. Upon contacting Cork Airport, the team's response was exemplary. Within 30 minutes, they informed me that my wallet was found and secured until my return flight last night. Niall MacCarthy, your team at Cork Airport is truly commendable and only increases the loyalty and trust in the staff. Bualadh bos!! 👏🏼👏🏼 👏🏼
