This video exemplifies the impact of a positive environment.💯 I don't usually go this far, but thanks to the positive push from one of my gym buddies, I established a new PR.🥰 This is the power of a positive environment. It helps you to; ↳ Grow in a safe environment, ↳ With the right amount of support, ↳ So that you can become your best self. There is a new week ahead, so make sure to create a positive environment for your family and colleagues, as that is all we need. And thank you Akash Chauhan for doing the same for me on last Saturday 😍👊🏼 Happy Monday, Everyone! 🤗

Search Engine Optimization: From Beginner to Expert in 8 Steps (Easy!) Ever typed a question into Google and felt like it magically knew exactly what you were looking for? Search engines are like super-powered librarians, sifting through mountains of information to deliver the most relevant results to your queries in a split second. Here is the road map to learn SEO! ➡️ Understand how search engines work Search engines sniff out the content, users need. Learn how they work, and what exactly happens in the background when someone searches for something. ➡️ Different types of search engines There's more to life than Google! Make sure to learn and explore different search engines like Bing, YouTube, Linkedin, etc. As each search engine has its unique type of users. ➡️ Concept of search engine The Internet is a giant library, with information crammed everywhere. Learn what goes in the mind of that librarian, and understand the librarian handles so much information. ➡️ Keywords introduction Understand the keywords again as they are more than simply words, they are the intent of the audience. Like “smart home service” vs "smart home products”. These two words are very similar but here one is searching for a whole package and another one has DIY intent. ➡️ Types of keywords Learn the different types of keywords to target the right audience. They can be informational, navigational, or commercial. FAQ or questions-based keywords like “How to calculate calories?” instead of “Calorie calculation steps” will bring more appropriate audience traffic. ➡️ Keyword research and analysis Keyword research is like decoding a puzzle (which I enjoy the most). Learn how to run tests and analyze the results to find the keywords bringing the most results and make sure to know the reason behind the success & failure, so that you can replicate or avoid the result. ➡️ On-Page optimization On-page optimization is all about making your website user-friendly. Learn how to make your content user-friendly for a high stickiness. ➡️ Off-Page optimization Learning how to get backlinks from high-quality websites, basically is like giving a sales pitch task. You reach out to multiple high domain authority websites & ask them for backlinks in exchange for service, collab or money. SEO is one of the marketing subjects that does not have any official release from search engine companies. What I have observed from my 12 years in this industry is that SEO is all about caring about your visitors’ experience and some connections with famous websites (high DA) for instant results. No tools or app can replace these, they are just a helping hand. Consider SEO as a healthy online lifestyle, hence focus on these small things for big results. There is no magic wand (tool/app) that can replace your bad habits with good results. -- Hi 👋🏼 I'm Nitin. I share actionable advice for digital marketing. Sure, you can code in Python, but can you convince your teammates of your idea? It's easy to get laser-focused on technical skills. Like, if you're a coder, you need to know your way around Python or Java If you're a data viz, you need to be a master of SQL and Tableau, BI Tools. But all these technical skills are like the fuel in your car. They get you going but don't get you very far without the mileage of soft skills. Here's why soft skills play a very important role in your career. ♻ Soft skills are evergreen Technical skills can become obsolete quickly as technologies change. But soft skills like communication, teamwork, and problem-solving are timeless. So this is somewhat a one-time hard work, after that, you can be in maintenance mode. They'll serve you well no matter what industry you're in or what role you have. 🏆 Soft skills open doors Technical skills might get you an interview, but soft skills are what will land you the job. Being able to connect with people, build rapport, and present yourself well is essential for making a good impression. 💪🏼 Soft skills make you a better leader If you want to move up in your career, you'll need to be able to inspire and motivate others. Soft skills like empathy, persuasion, and emotional intelligence are essential for effective leadership. So, how can you improve your soft skills? ➡️ Practice your active listening skills. ➡️ Give presentations or participate in public speaking events. Join a club or Toastmasters. ➡️ Take on leadership roles at work ➡️ Teach something to your friends or colleagues, this will improve your articulation. ➡️ Write blogs or make videos ➡️ Create some system of processes. ➡️ Be the most humble person in the room ➡️ Share the learning from your mistakes ➡️ Be an easy-to-approach person In short, it's VERY COMMON to be good at either technical or soft skills. But VERY VERY RARE to be good at both. Hence if you want to increase the chances of your success, give some time to both skill sets. -- Hi 👋🏼 I'm Nitin. Starting your career and confused about where exactly to start? Then this post is for you! Every type of job has its own pros and cons, mentioning some of them below for a clear understanding. ➡ Unpaid Internship = The Grind is Real (But the Pay Isn't) ▶ Money: None. ▶ Expectations: Medium. You'll be putting in the effort, but they might not be too concerned about results. ▶ Skills: Less important. They might be more focused on your enthusiasm than your experience. ▶ Selection: Medium. They might take pretty much anyone with a pulse. ▶ Flexibility: Medium. You might have some wiggle room in your schedule. ▶ Best for: Getting your foot in the door, building your portfolio, or if you're really passionate about the cause. ➡ Paid Internship = Stepping Up Your Game ▶ Money: Okeyish. You'll be able to afford, well, okay things. ▶ Expectations: High. Now they expect you to deliver results. ▶ Skills: Medium. You'll need to show you have some chops. ▶ Selection: Medium. There will be some competition. ▶ Flexibility: Medium. You'll likely have set hours. ▶ Best for: Building your experience, learning new skills, and getting a paycheck. ➡ Job = Level Up to Awesome ▶ Money: Depends. Hopefully, it will be enough to pay your bills and maybe even have some fun. ▶ Expectations: Very High. You'll be expected to perform at your best and constantly grow. ▶ Skills: Very High. You better bring your A-game (and your resume). ▶ Selection: Very High. Be prepared to fight for this one! ▶ Flexibility: Less. There will likely be set schedules and expectations with tight deadlines. ▶ Best for: Feeling fulfilled, using your skills to the max, and hopefully making a real impact. The Takeaway 💡 Free work can be a great way to get started in many cases, dont be stuck by doing nothing. Use it as a stepping stone to get that paid internship or job and, eventually, your dream career. -- Hi 👋🏼 I'm Nitin. I share actionable advice for digital marketing. OKRs vs KPIs: Choosing Between Goal Setting and Success Measurement Are you aware or confused about the difference between OKRs and KPIs? We've all been there. They both sound important, but what exactly do they do? In a nutshell 🎯 OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a framework for setting goals. They help you define what you want to achieve (the objective) and how you'll measure success (the key results). KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are the metrics you use to track your progress towards those goals. Think of OKRs as your roadmap and KPIs as the GPS that helps you stay on track. Here's a breakdown to make it even clearer: When to use OKRs When you're setting ambitious goals and need a plan to achieve them. When to use KPIs When you need to track your progress towards those goals. The best approach is to use OKRs and KPIs together. OKRs can help you set inspiring goals, and KPIs can help you track your progress towards those goals. Let me know in the comments if you’d like some tips on setting great OKRs and KPIs! 😍 Image credit: Eric Partaker -- Hi 👋🏼 I'm Nitin. I share actionable advice for digital marketing. Is your day-to-day routine stuck on repeat/loop boring mode? 😓 Do you feel like you spend most of your day stuck in "application/doing" mode and barely any time on the more important stuff, like "creative thinking/dreaming?" The typical person spends a whopping 95% of their time on application and doing. 😢 That leaves only 5% for creative thinking, dreaming, learning, and networking and this is what helps us the most to grow and thrive. 🤔 But what if we flipped the script? The ideal use of the time chart shows a much more balanced approach, with 50% of the time spent on application and doing. 20% each on creative thinking, dreaming, learning, and networking. ➡ Which pie chart reflects your life? If it's the typical one, don't worry - it's never too late to make a change! Here’s how you can RECLAIM your time. ✅ Schedule time for the important stuff. Block out time in your calendar for creative thinking, learning, or networking. ✅ Be mindful of how you're spending your time. Track your time for a day or two and see where it's going. You might be surprised! ✅ Break down big tasks into smaller chunks. This will make them seem less daunting and help you fit them into your schedule. ✅ Embrace the power of "No". Don't be afraid to say no to requests that will overload you and prevent you from getting to the important stuff. P.S. Stay tuned for future posts where we'll delve deeper into the world of progressive approaches. 🤗 -- Hi 👋🏼 I'm Nitin. I share actionable advice for digital marketing.
