If requirements are clear enough, not all of them, but the majority of them, then they should use a plan driven approach. If not, they need to elaborate progresivelly the scope. Agile projects must also finish on timeโ€”if thereโ€™s no due date, itโ€™s not really a project! ๐ŸŽฏ As project professionals, we should be proficient in managing predictive, hybrid, and agile projects.
