Our Reico Kitchen & Bath internship program is 12 years old and while it has grown so much during that time, its’ roots will always be in the Virginia Tech Department of Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management RED program. Always good to be back in Blacksburg!🧡

That’s a Reico Kitchen & Bath company update, and a reminder of what we are made of…really, really good people.

Last week I met interns Ali and Pamela Bueso during our annual Reico Kitchen & Bath company updates. While I speak with every internship candidate, I don’t typically get to meet them in person. What a treat to meet them both and see the future of our industry in the present. It was also a welcomed nudge to myself to make meeting all our interns the standard and not the exception. The opportunity to grow is in everything.

I am not a hipster. But I am hip to seeing our people at Reico Kitchen & Bath for our annual company updates. Nothing beats these in person moments seeing faces familiar and new, to celebrate them and thank them. Here’s to a great week ahead! #companyculture #teambuilding #positiveworkenvironment
