Saturday night brain wave and as I dont like sitting on ideas or procrastinating, ill shoot from the hip! So looking for suggestions or referrals, who could help me to strategically structure my modular leadership mentor framework, in conjunction with my experience and knowledge into a results-driven online program!… I already mentor, advise, chair and run businesses by using my modules and program, in an agile way as it’s very direct and at present a one to one adaptable process, so not yet something that is structured correctly for online use. The continued and great success of the mentees, is definitely strong enough to be opened up to online cohorts(had many requests to date), as it is cost prohibitive for many to do with me individually, and of course my time is a major factor. So I want to see if it can go further and wider🤷🏻‍♂️ What I’m thinking - Someone who has helped form exec-Level Instructional or/and a High-Ticket Course or/and understand mentorship and coaching space for CEOs,Founders and entrepreneurs of SMEs. Who is skilled in structuring content into a cohesive learning journey that speaks to experienced professionals looking for help, support or to start up, grow, scale, expand, exit, acquire, operating and sales structure, leadership, advisory, consultancy, etc for an Entrepreneurial Growth Course Key Skills & Experience: - Ability to help organise my 25+ 👴🏼years of experience into clear, actionable learning paths & modules. - Experience structuring executive-level programs, masterminds, and mentorship frameworks. - Expertise in creating a high-end coaching/mentorship program for serious entrepreneurs and business owners. - Familiarity with platforms like Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, Mighty Networks, or a custom-built community portal. - Experience with creating hybrid models  - Experience incorporating real-life case studies from my experience into a workbook format. - Ability to structure content into mini bitesized courses, keynote-style presentations, and Q&A sessions. - Nice to have- skills/experience in branding,launching and marketing The above is a stab at what I may need, but any suggestions on who could take a program designed for a one to one, to the masses!🚀 Or.. by tomorrow I will have reconsidered and they can tell me ‘the juice isnt worth the squeeze’, stick to the day job!🤓
